Invertebrate models have enabled numerous advances throughout the history of neuroscience. This club aims to promote exchanges and collaborations within the French research community using these models. The work of this community is diversified, covering all aspects of neuroscience, from behavior to cellular, genetic and molecular aspects, and involving experimental models such as the drosophila fly, the honeybee, the nematode C. elegans, as well as various species of aphids, locusts, butterflies, cockroaches and crustaceans. Research topics include neurodevelopment, normal and pathological neuronal functioning and ecology.
